FOLSOM, Calif. – A structure fire broke out Saturday evening inside of a Folsom residence.
Firefighters responded just after 5:40 Saturday evening for a report of a house on fire on Mette Court near Agostini Circle in Folsom.
When crews arrived, they found a single-story home with an active garage fire, with potential spread to the attic.
An off-duty fire captain from Metro Fire arrived on scene prior to crews response and made sure the house was clear of any occupants.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
