FOLSOM, Calif. – A detour was put into place for a late-afternoon traffic collision.
Folsom police officers responded just before 5:00 Thursday evening for a report of a traffic collision on Greenback Lane near the Rainbow Bridge.
Officers arrived and found multiple vehicles, at least four, involved in the collision. The fire department was called to evaluate any patients and transport to the hospital if necessary.
Police shut down both northbound and southbound lanes of Greenback Lane. A detour of traffic was in place across the Folsom Lake Crossing.
