Shotspotter Activation [North Sacramento]

15-226445 (Shots Fired/Shotspotter Activation): Cathcart Ave/Western Ave at 0218 hours.

Officers responded to the report of a shot spotter activation. When officers arrived on scene, they located a parked vehicle with the victim seated inside. The vehicle had been struck with gunfire multiple times, but the victim was not injured. Officers canvassed the area for evidence, but none was found. A report was generated.
