Sacramento CA | A nine-teen year old male is gunned down in a bar parking lot, leaves officers searching for answers.
Just before 1 A.M. Saturday morning, police were called for reports of a shots fired in the parking lot of American Spirit Bar on Northgate Blvd. Per SacPD, they arrived to find that a 19-year-old male had been shot. The Sacramento Fire Department responded and declared the victim deceased at the scene, SacPD stated.
SacPD further states “Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene. Based upon the preliminary investigation, it is believed that a large crowd of people were hanging out in the parking lot of a bar when the victim was shot. At this time it is unknown what prompted the shooting”.
The police department is looking for answers to this murder and “urges anyone that was present or has information about the shooting to contact Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357) or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES).
