Just before 2 a.m. Tuesday, Fire and Police received reports of a person passed out behind the wheel of a SECURITAS patrol vehicle, facing the wrong way in the number one lane (far left), on X Street just past 23rd Street.
Sacramento Fire Department's Truck Five crew responded and found no medical issue with the subject.
Officers from the Sacramento Police Department issued a field sobriety test (FST) and a breathalyzer test. Subsequently, the subject was arrested and transported to Sacramento County's main jail.
