Just after 2 A.M. Saturday, the Sacramento Metropolitan Fire Department responded to reports of a structure fire at 8200 block of Manhart Way in Rio Linda. When fire crews arrived, they were faced with heavy fire coming from the structure. One male victim in a wheelchair made it out of the residence due to smoke detectors.
