THIS IS A DIRECT REPOST FROM THE SACRAMENTO COUNTY SHERIFF's OFFICE MEDIA RELEASE
At approximately 6:30 a.m. on Monday, December 23, 2019, the Sheriff’s Communications Center received a call from the 7400 block of Stockton Boulevard regarding an individual laying on the side of the street.
Deputies arrived and located an unresponsive adult female with minor visible trauma to her extremities. Deputies began life saving measures and requested fire personnel respond. The female was declared deceased at the scene.
Homicide detectives are on scene investigating.
The identity of the victim in this case will be released by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office after notification of next of kin.
