17-227688 (Burglary): 800 block of I St at 1:16am
Security from the library called in to report sounds of a person walking upstairs. Officers responded and located a male on the 4th floor who was using a hammer to try and break through a wooden door. Officers also located a cart loaded up with items that he planned to take when he left. The subject was booked for burglary and vandalism.
