15-251101 (Suspicious Person): 3595 Wheelhouse Ave at 0413 hours.
Units were dispatched to the above location regarding two subjects driving a large tractor in the field toward Garden Highway. The suspects fled prior to officers arrival. Officers located the tractor running and observed damage to a gate near the levee.
