15-249177 (Bait Bike Arrest): 1900 block of 24th St at 1154 hours.
Officers responded to the area regarding the theft of an SPD bait bike. 24-year-old Corey Conn was apprehended as he attempted to ride away on the stolen bicycle. During a search, he was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and burglary tools. Conn was arrested on multiple charges, including an outstanding warrant.
