15-249340 (Bait Bike Theft): 2300 block of H St at 1450 hours.
Officers responded to the area regarding the theft of an SPD bait bike. 27-year-old Brandon Baumhover was quickly apprehended and found responsible for stealing the bike. He was cited and released.
