Sacramento, CA | Many vehicle accident calls have EMS/Fire and Law Enforcement crews busy today.

Wherever you were in Sacramento Tuesday, you probably heard sirens wailing regularly through the day as responders made their way to a myriad of vehicle accidents on the freeways and surface streets in the region, even in a college parking structure where several vehicles were hit.

In this incident,  according to on scene law enforcement, the driver of the Thunderbird was exiting eastbound Arden from Business 80.

As she entered the curve, the rear-end of the vehicle began to slide out and the driver lost control. The vehicle then came across  the embankment and struck the pole.

Fire crews freed the trapped driver however the extent of her injuries was not available; it is also unknown if the weather played a role in this incident.
