Sacramento CA | An injured and deceased man was found in the roadway on Del Paso Blvd near Northgate Blvd late Tuesday evening.
Shortly after 11PM Tuesday night, Sacramento Police Department received a call reporting a man lying in the roadway on Del Paso Blvd near Northgate. When officers arrived they found a male in his 30’s with injuries to his upper torso.
Sargent Norm Leong, SacPD stated that the man was pronounced dead at the scene by Paramedics. Leong further stated that they have no motive for the crime and they are not giving out any further information so as not to jeopardize the ongoing investigation.

In a press release just issued, Sargent Leong stated the upper body injuries that the victim suffered were actually stab wounds.
“At this time it is unknown why the victim was at this location and the circumstances which led to his murder” Leong further stated in the press release.
