Witnesses from the search location earlier in the day, several blocks away from where the suspect was apprehended later,  stated that the suspect (which they positively ID’ed from our video footage) came running past them with female clothes, including skirts and bras, makeup and other items in his arms. They stated he was going door to door and was dropping bras and makeup as he passed them.

The witnesses stated that at that time the suspect was wearing a “wife beater” shirt and a long black skirt.
