Elk Grove, CA | Firefighters quickly contain early morning house fire.
Firefighters were called to a report of smoke coming from a home early Wednesday morning in the 8600 block of Mannington St in Elk Grove.
Consumnes and Sacramento fire crews arrived on scene to find smoke coming from the back of the home. Firefighters made an aggressive attack on the blaze, quickly containing and extinguishing the fire.
It was reported that a total of four engines, two trucks, one ambulance and two command units were on scene with twenty-five personnel. The occupants made it safely out the home and no injuries were reported.
