Right now, according to law enforcement radio traffic, the Sacramento Police Department is on scene in the area of Martin Luther King Blvd. and 23rd Avenue, after reports of a subject being injured following an explosion.

At 8:37 p.m. Saturday, fire and medical crews were dispatched for reports of a person injured when half of a stick of dynamite detonated. [unconfirmed] PSN team members then heard radio traffic that intel was received that the subject may have more explosives in a trailer at the residence.

Presently, the area has been shut off and there have been some evacuations, according to radio reports.
