A serial arsonist has been setting fires throughout the downtown area of the capital city of California. Over five fires broke out early Tuesday morning between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. Another fire was set this afternoon in an alleyway.

Fire Investigators are attempting to identify the arson suspect in the attached photo. Investigators advise that the suspect is a regular at Loaves and Fishes and he has been seen in the area of N 16th. He usually wears a distinctive SF Giants hat and carries a blue bag as seen in the photo. He also may be wearing a tan hoodie with white striping.
