SHOOTING INVESTIGATION

Desmon Drummond, a black, male, adult (Elk Grove resident) was the driver of a motor vehicle and the victim was the driver of another vehicle. Both vehicles were stopped at an intersection. Drummond fired a single gunshot at the victim\u2019s vehicle striking the vehicle in the door. The victim was not injured. The victim drove off and contacted police. Officers responded and located Drummond \u2019s vehicle parked at his residence. In plain view, officers observed a shell casing in Drummond \u2019s vehicle. Drummond was arrested and then transported to the main jail.<\/p>\n
