accident requiring extrication at the intersection of J and 24th Streets, in the Midtown area of Sacramento. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"video strchf-type-video regular strchf-size-regular the intersection. <\/p>\n<p>All lanes of eastbound J Street were blocked off at 24th Street in front of Ricks Desert Diner.<\/p>\n<p>According to reports, one person was transported to the hospital, via paramedic ambulance, Medic 4, in unknown condition. <\/p>\n<p>The incident was cleared and the road reopened before 10 p.m.  No further details were immediately available. <\/p>\n<figure
