As evidence was being gathered, and statements were being taken, the suspect was located across the street and taken into custody. <\/p>\n<p>A short time later, an officer found the weapon on the property of Quality Inn down the street. According to radio reports, the gun was a 9mm Buretta stolen out of Milwaukee. The suspect was transported to the Sacramento County Main Jail after his hands were swabbed by CSI for gunshot residue (GSR).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"gallery regular\">\n<div
