When officers arrived they located two victims, both adult males, who had been shot. One victim was declared deceased on scene and the second victim was transported to a hospital in critical condition by Sacramento Fire Department personnel. <\/p>\n<figure class=\"video regular \">\n<div class=\"embed-container\">\n<div style=\"max-width: 100%; position: relative; padding-top: 56.5%;\"><iframe width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OGJN4cQ6VGE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen=\"\" style=\"position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; height: 100%;\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Homicide detectives and crime scene investigators have responded to take over the investigation. The circumstances that led up to this shooting are still under investigation and detectives will be conducting a canvass of the area for witnesses and evidence. There is no suspect information to provide at this time. <\/p>\n<p>The Sacramento County Coroner\u2019s Office will release the identity of the victim after next of kin have been notified. <\/p>\n<p>The Sacramento Police Department encourages any witnesses with information regarding this investigation to contact the dispatch center at (916) 808-5471 or Sacramento Valley Crime Stoppers at (916) 443-HELP (4357).
