He was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced deceased.<\/p>\n<p>An adult female at the scene sustained a non-life-threatening stab wound to the lower body.<\/p>\n<p>The suspect is a known transient in the area and was arrested without incident.<\/p>\n<p>Detectives believe the stabbing occurred after the suspect and victim got into an argument in the parking lot.<\/p>\n<figure
