When officers arrived, they determined the victim was walking in the area, when he was confronted by two African \u2013 American males, and both wearing blue jeans and black shirts. The victim was pushed down to the ground and kicked by both suspects. The suspects took the victim\u2019s wallet and I-phone. The victim sustained moderate injuries and was transported to a local area hospital.
