SACRAMENTO, Calif. (PSN)- Just before 6 PM on Saturday, crews from the Sacramento Metro Fire Department, AMR Ambulance, and California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to a vehicle rollover accident at the intersection of 28th and Q Streets in the Rio Linda area of Sacramento County.
Upon arrival, first responders found a van overturned near the intersection. Additional resources, including more ambulances, a truck, and a chief officer, were quickly called to the scene.
A spokesperson from Metro Fire reported that the van was carrying two adults and four children, all under the age of five. One adult is in critical condition, while the children were transported to a hospital as a precautionary measure.
