ALL CLEAR GIVEN BY SACPD
The “All Clear” has been given by the Sacramento Police Department according to radio traffic. There was chatter of the suspect being seen on camera leaving the campus toward local stores.

Right now Consumes River College is locked down as an overwhelming police response descends on the campus in response to a threat.
The following statement has already been released by campus officials:
Earlier today, an individual made a threat of violence against the campus at Cosumnes River College. Los Rios Police Department cannot yet verify the validity of the threat, so we have locked down the campus as a precaution and alerted students, faculty and staff. Nothing is more important than the safety of our campus community. We will provide an update as soon as one is available.
A very large constituency of law enforcement officers from multiple agencies are on-site sweeping the campus, and drones are also being utilized.
There have been no shots fired and no weapon has been seen according to police radio traffic.
