Just after 8 p.m. Wednesday, the Sacramento Police and Fire Departments responded to reports of a multi-vehicle accident with shots fired, at the intersection of V and 13th Streets in the Downtown area of Sacramento.

According to radio reports, there was a shooting with lots of yelling and callers stating an argument and fight with someone yelling about money owed.

A dark SUV fled the scene and was found by CHP a few blocks away, parked and abandoned on 4th Street just north of W Street.

Bystanders tell PSN off-camera, that it appeared two vehicles were chasing a white vehicle and appeared to crash into the vehicle. Occupants exited the vehicles with a verbal and physical altercation ensuing.

Bystanders stated at least 15 rounds were fired and shouting about money owed.

Two vehicle accident victims and a resident talked with PSN about the incident.
