Weapons Disturbance – Investigation

Just after 11:30 p.m. Sunday, the Sacramento Police Department received a call from a tow operator that he was being assaulted and the subject was getting into the cab of his truck, according to radio reports.
Sacramento Police Department had this to say about the incident: “Officers responded to a report of a weapons disturbance. A tow truck driver was towing a vehicle. The suspect vandalized the tow truck and was able to remove the towed vehicle from the truck. The suspect then fled the area in the vehicle. A crime report was generated.”
