Just after 11 p.m. Monday, crews from the Sacramento Fire Department were dispatched to vehicle accident in the 400 block of West El Camino Blvd in the Northgate area of Sacramento.
This was considered a "Multi Casualty Incident" (which is strictly a threshold designator triggered by number of patients and initiating the response of additional equipment). Battalion Chief, Rick Saylors talks with PSN about the incident.
