18-067494 (Stolen Vehicle): 16th St / I St at 8:32am
Officers responded to the area regarding a POD activation on a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle and waited for additional resources to conduct an enforcement stop. The vehicle failed to yield for the officers and a pursuit ensued. The vehicle eventually crashed, and the driver was taken into custody. One of the passengers in the vehicle was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was transported and booked into jail.
