SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Police officers have surrounded an apartment complex on the 4000 block of Taylor Street.
Officers are attempting to locate a person who is suspected of shooting a shotgun or rifle into the a different unit of the same apartment complex, according to Sacramento Police Department radio traffic.
Officers are evacuating nearby apartment units, and critical-incident trained officers will be attempting contact with the suspect soon.
