SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Police are investigating a stabbing that happened in Old Sacramento.
Just before 5:00 Monday evening, police officers and paramedics responded to the 1100 block of 2nd Avenue for a reported stabbing.
Units arrived and found a victim with an obvious stab wound to his back. Paramedics transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
Officers were able to locate the suspect nearby and arrest him.
