SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Firefighters extinguished a fire inside a Midtown business Saturday afternoon.
Just after 12:35 Saturday afternoon, firefighters responded to the Shasta Linen Supply company on E Street and 20th Street in Midtown.
When firefighters arrived, they found smoke showing from the interior of the business. Due to history at the building, command units called for a 2nd alarm, however it was later canceled. Crews made a quick fire attack, extinguishing the interior-only fire within a matter of minutes.
The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
