SACRAMENTO, Calif. – A barricaded subject call ended peacefully when the suspect surrendered peacefully.
Around 10:30 Wednesday morning, Sacramento police officers responded to a report of an armed subject on Millview Court in South Natomas.
Due to the nature of the call and witness statements, police established a perimeter around the residence. After a short time, unable to make contact with the subject inside the residence, a lieutenant called members of the SWAT team and crisis negotiators to respond.
A few minutes later, the man came outside and surrendered to police without incident. It is unknown at this time what he will be charged with.
