15-316670 (Bait Bike Arrest): 2800 block of E St at 0651 hours.
Wednesday morning at 6:51 a.m., officers responded to the 2800 block of E Street regarding a bait bike activation. Officers quickly arrived on scene and located 50-year-old James Buckley in possession of the stolen bait bike. Buckley was safely detained and ultimately arrested for theft, possession of burglary tools and outstanding warrants.
