5-309652 (Stolen Property): 1500 block of W El Camino Ave at 0924 hours.
Officers responded to the call of a stolen bike that had been located. The victim was in the above area when he observed an unknown subject in possession of the victim’s bicycle that was stolen yesterday. Officers arrived on scene and safely detained the suspect who was in possession of the stolen property. The man was issued a citation and the bicycle was returned to the owner.
