FOLSOM, CA – Two people escaped a house fire early Sunday morning in Folsom, possibly started due to a marijuana grow operation inside.
Firefighters from the Folsom Fire Department responded to a report of a house fire on the 500 block of Heiler Court in Folsom early Sunday morning. When crews arrived, they found active fire burning and initiated their fire attack.
Two people were inside the residence when the fire started, but escaped without injury.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is underway, but indications are this may be related to a marijuana grow operation inside the residence.
