ELK GROVE, CA – Police served a search warrant Thursday afternoon in Elk Grove and discovered an indoor marijuana grow, leading to two arrests.
Detectives from the Elk Grove Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit served a search warrant on the 8500 block of Zinnia Way around 1:45 Thursday afternoon. Upon searching the residence, detectives found an active indoor marijuana grow.
In total, officers recovered over 400 marijuana plants and also discovered that the electricity inside the residence had been illegally bypassed.
Curtis Wong Oatman, 27 and Michele Tran, 33 were both arrested and transported to the Sacramento Main Jail.
