SACRAMENTO, CA – Sacramento Police arrested a man on suspicion of DUI after he drove his vehicle into a parked vehicle early Tuesday morning in Land Park.
Police state that around 3:30 early Tuesday morning, they received a report of a vehicle accident on the 1500 block of 9th Avenue. A citizen called to report they heard the sound of a vehicle collision, walked outside of their residence, and noticed that the driver of a vehicle had run into a parked car.
The citizen detained the driver of the car until officers arrived.
After further investigation, the driver was detained on suspicion of driving under the influence. He was arrested and then booked into the Sacramento Main Jail. The suspect’s name was not available at time of posting.
