15-213095 Bait Bike Arrest: 23rd St / G St at 1159 hours.
Officers responded to the area of 23rd and G Streets regarding the theft of an SPD bait bicycle. 40-year-old Francisco Desantiago was quickly apprehended and found riding the stolen bike. He was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, burglary tools, and stolen property.
