15-212349 – Bait Bike Arrest : 15th St/P St ,6:15 pm.
Officers responded to the area of 15 St./P St. regarding the theft of an SPD bait bicycle. 35-year-old John Kirkman was quickly spotted and found in possession of burglary tools and the stolen bike. This is now his third arrest for the crime.
