VINEYARD, CA – California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a traffic collision that resulted in a SUV crashing into another vehicle, a tree and a house.
While details are limited, indications are the SUV was traveling at unsafe speeds, lost control of the vehicle, and crashed into a car parked in front of a house, pushing that car into a residence, and the force of the crash pushing to SUV into a tree. The crash happened on Vintage Park Drive at Duryea Drive in the Vintage Park neighborhood of South Sacramento.
The driver of the SUV was transported by Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District to a local area hospital.
At time of posting, there is no information on if any charges will be filed against the driver of the SUV or if alcohol was a factor.
