Sacramento, CA | Sacramento Police K9 take a bite out of career crime when they assisted parole agents in apprehending a parolee at large.

Sacramento Police Officers and K9’s assisted parole agents Friday afternoon in capturing a parolee at large who agents had been attempting to apprehend for the past two weeks. Agents received information that the parolee was at the home.

Officers quickly moved into the area and surrounded the home. When the subject attempted to sneak out the back window and over the fence, SacPD’s K9 was waiting for him on the other side.

Fire and paramedics were called to treat and dress the parolee’s dog bites.

Sgt. Paul Freeman, SacPD tells the story
