Sacramento, CA | Displaced man comes back to mother’s home wielding a shotgun Monday morning.

Per unconfirmed radio reports, neighbors in the 4500 block of 37th Avenue called 911 Morning when they observed an African-American male breaking out the windows of a car in the driveway of a residence and in possession of a shotgun.  The subject was pacing back and forth in front of the driveway shouting, apparently at his mother in home. Neighbors continued to pass by on the surrounding sidewalks taking their children to school around the corner.

When Sacramento Sheriff units arrived, guns drawn, the subject was compliant and taken into custody without incident.

While detained, laying on the sidewalk, the subject was shouting at his mom, who was in the home, about her kicking him out of the home since he was in the 6th grade.
