Report of Assault, 65th Ave/Springman St
The juvenile victim is pregnant and became involved in a verbal altercation with the 17-year-old father of her child. Another female juvenile, (also pregnant by the same male) and her friend approached the victim and started to argue with her. The two females began to assault the victim and the victim fought back. At one point during the fight, the victim ended up on the ground and the male grabbed her by the arms and held her.
The females started to kick at the victim’s stomach saying she didn’t deserve her baby. The two females and the male left the area on foot leaving the victim in the roadway. The victim was transported to the hospital with minor injuries and there is no indication her unborn child sustained injury either. An area check for the suspects was negative. The suspects are a 17-year-old male, and two 15-year-old females.
