Sacramento, CA | When a Sac State campus officer attempts to make a vehicle stop, the female driver takes off leading officers on a long pursuit.
Late Sunday night, Sac State PD attempted a vehicle stop and when the vehicle fled they discovered it was stolen and gave chase. SacPD took the pursuit over which went all through the South Sac, Freeport, South Landpark, Pocket and Delta regions.
The pursuit lasted well over 20 minutes and finally came to an end out on River Rd past Hood Franklin Rd. Two female occupants were taken into custody without incident. River Rd was shut down in both directions for aprox a half hour.
