South Sacramento, CA | Three people have been hospitalized after a vehicle being pursued by Sacramento Police hit a traffic signal pole on Stockton Boulevard on Thursday evening.
The accident shut down southbound lanes of Stockton Blvd and Westbound lanes of 47th Ave.
