One person is dead after a fatal hit-and-run accident Sunday evening in Carmichael.
A Pickup truck was left completely obliterated on Fair Oaks Boulevard at Kenneth. One witness told a PSN reporter that he spoke with the occupant of the vehicle, comforting him after the accident until he died.
