Sacramento, CA | One person is dead an another is in the hospital after a vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree on Folsom Boulevard near Wissemann Dr early Saturday morning.
The female passenger of the vehicle awoke while being transported to an nearby medical center complaining of chest and back pain. She was recieving a ride home due to being intoxicated.
Almost simultaniously, another accident occured on Highway 99 on the 12th Ave. Off-ramp. A vehicle left the roadway and drove up the embankment on the side of the 12th street offramp and landed on it’s roof. Remarkably, the occupant(s) escaped and were nowhere to be found when California Highway Patrol Arrived.
Prior to these two incidents, another vehicle accident on Franklin claimed the first life of the night in an early morning collision.
