Sacramento, CA | Gas pumps were shut down as vehicle fire raged at the 76 Gas Station at 2400 15th Street.

Late Wednesday evening, a Sacramento Police Officer reported a vehicle fire in the back of the 76 Gas station at X Street and 15th Street in Downtown Sacramento.

“It’s about thirty feet from the gas pumps” the officer could be heard stating over the radio to the dispatcher.

Firefighters aboard Sacramento Fire Department’s engine one arrived and quickly doused the flames.

It was reported that the car may have belonged to a night-time employee of the gas station.

No one was injured in the blaze, however the gas station did have to shut down throughout the incident.
